Simple add-ons are available if needed: printer troubleshooting, a basic one-device backup (to cloud or an external drive), or help installing software.
Severe infections, failing hardware, and data recovery are outside this service — if the audit finds them, they'll be documented in your report with honest advice on next steps.

Every tune-up includes a full system scan with NEXLOX Pulse, our in-house diagnostic tool. It checks your computer's security settings, performance, and overall health — and you get a printed report to keep, with a health score, what we found, and what was taken care of during your service.
On return visits, Pulse compares against your last report, so you can see exactly how your computer has changed since we were there.

💻 Remote Service — Primary Service Option
Most NEXLOX services can be completed remotely by appointment using NEXLOX Remote, our private, self-hosted remote support system. Remote service can include system optimization, cleanup, security checks, malware scans, software installation, troubleshooting, and other supported services.
🚗 Local In-Person Service
Available by arrangement when physical access to the device is required or when remote service is not practical. Services such as Physical Device Cleaning and Shred & Protect require in-person service.
📍 Local in-person service is available near Snellville, GA 30039. A $25 travel fee applies within 5 miles. Availability outside that area may vary.
