For services performed remotely via RustDesk or other secure tools:
Services are limited to system optimization, startup/program cleanup, and malware scans. Physical cleaning is not included.
You agree to provide a stable internet connection and allow secure remote access to your device.
While services are performed securely, I cannot be held liable for interruptions, pre-existing issues, or data loss during remote access.
You consent to remote access for the purposes of performing the agreed-upon services.
Services are performed at your request and risk.
I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using your device after service.
In no event shall NEXLOX’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the service provided.
